tms continues to push the boundaries of strategic merchandising, design cocreation, and innovation-driven product development — most recently through our partnership with Starbucks Japan.

For the Japan spring assortment, we shaped a fresh line of reusable drinkware, powered by a blend of human creativity and cutting-edge technology. Leveraging our proprietary advisory and planning tool, we paired deep market understanding with advanced data driven insights to help guide initial item proposals and assortment decisions.

Our design and development teams also worked together with Starbucks to cocreate product shapes, refine color, material, and finish direction, and build an assortment that would resonate authentically with customers. The spring assortment features 13 new product designs, among which seven applied new or enhanced body shapes. We took iconic shapes and items that already were popular in Japan and developed them further, underscoring our continued focus on modernizing and elevating global merchandise experiences.

For brands looking to create assortments that spark genuine brand love, tms brings together the best of creative development, trend-rooted design, and insight-driven innovation.
