Global inclusion

We believe we can only achieve the best outcomes when everyone has a seat at the table, which is why our priority is the people who shape our business. tms thrives on collaboration, challenging the status quo, and finding creative solutions to propel change.

Our Global Inclusion team exists so people from various walks of life are attracted to work here, developed to do exciting work, and supported and rewarded in every stage of their employee experience with us. Our inclusion efforts are centered around three key areas: Inclusion, Culture and Community, and the Employee Journey.

We champion inclusion at tms by ensuring our ways of working are tailored to individual needs and are data-driven to create meaningful change. We celebrate our community through a variety of cultural events across our global offices – providing a platform for employees to share their traditions and foster a deeper understanding of each other.  Lastly, we work to ensure we attract, develop, and retain diverse talent.

Equally, we develop healthy, long-term partnerships with our suppliers, integrating fair investment horizons and responsible sourcing strategies.

Community is our responsibility.

We deepen the relationships within and amplify the impact on the communities where we work and live through charitable contributions and volunteer efforts primarily focused on 3 areas: nature conservation, youth empowerment, and families in need.
