tms welcomes Preet Michelson, former CVS Human Resources VP, as new CPO
Please join us in welcoming Preet Michelson as our new Chief People Officer (CPO), reporting into our CEO Mark Landolt.
Based in the US out of our Chicago headquarters, Preet will lead the global people strategy and work in support of enterprise strategic intent. She will also oversee tms’ talent acquisition, development, and retention programs globally with an important focus on employee engagement.
With an exceptional background and a proven track record of steering transformative change in global organizations, Preet brings a unique blend of strategic HR leadership and business acumen to our organization.
Prior to joining tms, Preet worked as VP of Human Resources (HR) at CVS Health, where she was responsible for driving multiple strategic initiatives, such as improving employee engagement and experience, as well as launching company-wide talent management and leadership development systems. During her career, she has also held senior Human Resources roles at companies including United Airlines, Molson Coors, and PepsiCo.
This is an exciting time to join tms and I’m honored to serve as its next CPO. I am eager to work with the incredible team to continue to build on tms’ rich culture, fostering collaboration, growth, and inclusivity.
