tms renews partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters
tms is pleased to announce the renewal of our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago (BBBS). BBBS is a nationwide mentorship program which aims to empower youth from all backgrounds to reach their full potential. tms has partnered with BBBS since 2009, resulting in over 130 mentor matches in the past 15 years.
Through 1:1 on-site mentorship and special events, our colleagues are making a direct impact on the lives of local youth at our Chicago headquarters. Currently, our mentors, or “Bigs,” are paired up with over 20 “Littles” for an on-site program to build connections and creating a lasting impact.
Our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago is more than a commitment – it’s a reflection of our values. Together, we’re helping to build stronger communities by empowering the next generation with the resources and skillsets they need to thrive.
In addition to our mentorship program, we have raised over $370,000 for BBBS through various events – most recently, tms hosted a bowling fundraiser where we successfully raised over $20,000 to support Chicago’s youth.
