tms Asia wins 4th consecutive Best Companies to Work for in Asia award

We are pleased to share that tms Asia has received the Best Companies to Work for in Asia award for the Hong Kong region. This is the fourth year the team has won this award, a great recognition of our ongoing efforts to build diversity, equity, and an inclusive culture that fosters a sense of belonging among our employees.

To achieve this, employees were asked to take part in a survey called the Total Engagement Assessment Model. The resulting scores for this year are higher than the market average.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is an awards recognition program for organizations that have been identified by their employees as an employer of choice via an annual survey. It recognizes companies with the best HR practices, high levels of employee engagement, and excellent workplace cultures.
