Meet tms’ 2025 Summer Interns
This summer, we’re excited to welcome our newest class of North American interns to tms! Whether they’re in the Chicago office or joining virtually, this talented group is already making their mark across teams and projects. Each intern brings their own unique perspective, skills, and energy that enrich our culture and drive new ideas forward.
Our interns jump right in, working on real assignments, collaborating across different functions, and connecting with clients and colleagues worldwide. This hands-on approach gives them an authentic look into how we work on a global scale and helps them build valuable professional relationships along the way.
Beyond their daily work, our interns are also taking on the capstone project which consists of a 360 campaign the interns must create to push them to think big, explore new ideas, and bring together all areas of the business. In August, they’ll have the chance to present their final concepts to the entire tms community, a true showcase of their creativity and collaboration.
This summer at tms I’ve learned the importance of speaking up and asking questions. Even though it can be intimidating, I know it is crucial to doing good work. Whether it was about the capstone project or other assignments, everyone in the office has been so patient and willing to find the answer for me.
