If I were to describe tms in one word, it would be ‘motivating.’ In my short time here, I have seen how everyone comes together to brainstorm strategies, support one another through challenges, and celebrate successes as a team
Now over a year in her role at tms, Evalina has seen significant personal and professional growth. Her role at tms has challenged her to think more strategically, strengthen her communication skills, and make decisions with a broader perspective in mind.

Biography
Evalina Bournias is the People Partner Coordinator on the tms People Partner team, and she works to support all the people partners in ensuring that all HR strategies are aligned with business objective. She also serves as the liason between the People Partner team, and any other external departments, as well as a co-lead for the MSH/tms Intern Program! Some things about Evalina are that she is a major foodie, loves psych thriller books, and very closely connected with her Greek roots!
