Celebrating Pride Across Our Global Offices

This June, our teams across Chicago, London, and Seattle came together to celebrate Pride Month in vibrant, meaningful, and uniquely local ways. From powerful panels to retro roller skating, each event reflected our shared commitment to inclusion and community connection.
In Chicago, the energy was electric as our HQ hosted Rainbow’s Pride Month celebration. The highlight was a captivating panel featuring members of a local ballroom group who shared personal stories. Including their journeys into ballroom and the cultural significance of this expressive art form. The event culminated in show-stopping performances that had the crowd cheering and even joining in! Attendees also enjoyed delicious food and drinks, explored volunteer opportunities and engaged with resources on supporting the local LGBTQ+ community.
Meanwhile, in London, the team hosted an inspiring panel discussion titled Hidden Histories: Pride Edition. Moderated by Alana Drew and featuring tms-ers Fede Gianfreda, Anna Heledd, and Phil Collins-Moore, the panel shed light on lesser-known aspects of LGBTQ+ identity and culture while offering heartfelt personal reflections on what Pride means to each of them. From emotional stories to moments of humor, the event sparked deep, meaningful conversations and strengthened our sense of community.
In Seattle, the PRIDE Network ERG laced up for a 70’s Retro Summer Camp-themed skate night. LGBTQ+ team members and allies came together to celebrate with music, costumes, and plenty of joyful skating, a perfect reminder of the power of togetherness and creating inclusive spaces where everyone can truly be themselves.
A sincere thank you to RAINBOW for the effort put into this year’s Pride Event. In addition to wanting to learn more about ballroom culture, I found the panel discussion insightful and even poignant. As the times we live in only seem to get more complicated, I appreciate the time you took to help me learn about a culture I didn’t know much about and to remind me how important it is that we create spaces for all of us to learn and, hopefully, become more inclusive in the process
These Pride Month celebrations embody our ongoing commitment to building a culture where everyone feels seen, valued and empowered to bring their full selves to work.
We’re proud of our global teams for coming together to honor Pride in ways that celebrate identity, foster learning, and uplift community.
