Alice Chi Martin shares why integrity is non-negotiable in leadership with Little Black Book

Morals and integrity. Without that, nothing else matters. This guides who you are as a person and a leader. If they aren’t intact, you have no clue what someone is capable of personally and professionally.
Going hand in hand with Alice’s moral compass is the way she approaches supporting fellow women in the workplace – highlighting the important role female mentors have played in her career and emphasizing the need to build each other up rather than compete.
