Though mental health is an important topic every month, we’re taking extra time as part of Mental Health Awareness Month to recognize mental and behavioral health issues, reduce stigma and support our people during a time when we know burnout is high in our industry and many are continuing to be impacted physically and mentally as a result of the pandemic.

This May, we are hosting a series of internal events aimed at boosting wellbeing. Amy Duquette, Sr Service Project Manager at our parent company HAVI and passionate yogi on the side, hosted a beginners yoga session. We’re also encouraging employees to re-think their routines with a webinar focused on forming healthy habits. And finally, we are encouraging our teams to learn more about the mental health resources we offer through a lunch and learn orientation.

Year-round, we take care to ensure our people have the resources they need to support their physical and mental wellbeing. On top of competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits provided from the first day of hire, we’re proud to offer programs such as Vitality and Lifeworks EAP to benefit our employees’ daily life.
