tms’s (formerly The Marketing Store’s) Head of Sustainability, Pamela Stathaki, was selected as a member of the judging panel for the 2022 Global Good Awards.

The Global Good Awards were founded in 2015 and reward sustainable change across the board, no matter how big or small and organization is. They also aim to share progress and ideas and encourage the development of ethical business and the democratization of sustainability.

Pamela and the other judges reviewed work across 18 different categories. These cover everything from social and environmental sustainability to education, waste, supply chain, climate action, and employee wellbeing at local, national, and global levels. Notably, this year Global Good offered two free categories: COVID-19 Crisis Champions and Canon Young Champion of the Year.

Each judge has a significant amount of experience that was matched to the various categories. After scoring the work online, they gathered for the day to align on the best of the best and narrow down the winners who will be announced an awards ceremony later this year.

Pamela said, “Meeting fellow judges and participating in the judging panel was such an exciting and rewarding experience. It was not an easy task as there were so many inspiring sustainability entries to score and evaluate.”
