Vodafone sought to raise awareness of their launch of ‘Vodafone VIP’, loyalty programme, which rewards customers with tickets to various sporting, music and fashion events.

Problem: 

How do we leverage Vodafone's sponsorship properties and create loyalty and involvement among customers in store?

Solution: 

We created a UK-wide retail campaign that included dynamic window displays, digital video screens, bespoke giveaways, staff incentive kits and an online hub to encourage customers to register and view details.

Results: 

The UK wide retail campaign broke the mould of Vodafone’s in-store messaging by recreating the premium events and the excitement they generate.

Awareness increased among Pay Monthly, Pay As You Go, Small Business and Large Business customers.
