For us, brand activation is all about engaging with people in order to change behaviour and prompt purchase, delivering immersive brand experiences to the right people in the right channel at the right time.
For example, our ‘Emotional Shopper’ study explores and challenges the premise that shoppers only respond to rational messages in-store, tracking the emotional customer journey using unique online and mobile techniques. It has revealed that we are in fact a nation of shoppers driven by emotion. Last year we launched ‘A New Definition Of Childhood’ our proprietary pan-European research into the changing world of childhood.
