Coca-Cola Loyalty - My Coke Rewards®

This is the story of how we helped My Coke Rewards® reinvent itself – increasing member involvement and registration to become one of the largest online loyalty programs in the consumer packaged goods industry, with more than 18 million members and 3 million unique visitors every month.

Offer our most valuable consumers new and immediately gratifying ways to spend points, which include sweepstakes and instant wins, physical and digital rewards, donations and a few surprises. Then, bring it all together into an approachable, uncluttered website that speaks to you like a friend.

Results: 

The partnerships we created resulted in one of the largest single-month traffic periods ever at mycokerewards.com, and since the program started, members have entered more than a billion codes. If you stacked that many bottle caps together, it would stretch farther than the circumference of the Earth!
